Pinter’s Event Center Rental Information

We’ve designed Pinter’s Event Center to be that special place, combining the historical charm of the past with the comfort and convenience of today. From the exquisite 100 year old barn that graces the property to picturesque grounds, with a pergola, natural stone amphitheater, fountains and koi pond, you and your guests will be enchanted from the start!

Outdoor Wedding with Indoor Reception

Hold your wedding ceremony in our new natural stone amphitheater. The amphitheater area will seat 200. After your ceremony, move to our new indoor event center for your reception. The indoor venue will seat 360 in the main room. We have a separate dining room connected to the center that will seat 100. Maximum capacity using both rooms is 460. Our gorgeous 100 year old barn houses the bridal suite and restroom.

The indoor event center is “open air” with insulated glass overhead doors. These windows can be opened if the weather is nice, or kept closed if need be. The event center is temperature controlled in summer and winter. A full bar is also located inside the event center.

The amphitheater area is directly out the back door of the barn and the view in that direction is spectacular – apple orchards, fields, and gardens. Our playground area will be available, including a slide, swings, tire maze, ball zone, bocce ball court, and more.

Indoor Reception Only

$4,000

Our indoor event center is available at a reduced price for those who would like to host their wedding elsewhere. Maximum capacity is 460.  This includes use of the bar, catering prep kitchen, and playground area. You will have access to the Event Center on Friday and Saturday; an extra charge of $400 applies if you need to come back on Sunday to complete clean up.

We also have a bakery and can provide individual cakes, sheet cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, pies, flavored popcorn, and more. Please let us know if you are interested in any custom bakery items!

RENTAL TIME

Full access is provided 9am-5pm on Friday and 8am-11:30pm on Saturday. An extra charge of $400 applies if you need to return on Sunday to clean up.

 

PARKING

There is ample parking near Pinter’s Event Center, including multiple handicap accessible spots.

 

WEDDING SUITE

A spacious bridal suite is located in our reclaimed barn, along with a restroom. The bridal suite includes several comfy chairs, full-length mirror, and excellent natural lighting from large windows.

 

BAR

Our bar packages are customized to your needs—we don't have one set package or a minimum required purchase. We can make anything work for you! The rental fee includes bartender(s). The number provided is dependent on head count.

 

PREP KITCHEN

Clean prep kitchen with refrigerator available for caterers.

 

VENDORS

You are welcome to choose your own caterers, DJ, photographer, etc.

CAPACITY

The indoor area can accommodate up to 460 guests for a reception dinner party. The outdoor amphitheater ceremony area has a capacity of 200 with chairs provided. In the event of inclement weather, outdoor ceremonies will be moved to the barn. Seated capacity in the barn is 100.

 

TABLES AND CHAIRS

We have enough tables and chairs to accommodate up to 460 guests. You can choose from round or rectangular tables and work with us to customize the layout.

 

SETUP AND TEAR-DOWN

We will setup to the specifications of your event layout, and tear-down all tables and chairs after your event.

 

CLEANING

You will be responsible for bagging up the garbage and getting it all out the back door to the dumpster. Our staff will take care of mopping and clearing out the tables and chairs.

 

HANDICAP ACCESSIBILITY

Pinter’s Event Center strives to be 100% handicap accessible. The indoor area is easily accessed from the parking lot with paved sidewalks. The outdoors areas are accessible by gravel path. We also have a golf cart available to transport guests. If you have any concerns, please let us know and we can work on a solution for your event.
